A SHADOW THAT REMAINS CAST

Barons Court Theatre, 2010

Stage Play. A one woman show produced by Professional Help Productions.

"...a new play dealing with the powers of the media, subjectivity, truth and delusions, and mental health. [Deborah Wastell] carries the hour long show well, bringing an undercurrent of hysteria to this ordinary woman in extraordinary circumstances..."

Lindsey Clarke - londonist.com

"...one of the cleverest scripts and most unforgettable characters we have seen this year..."

Ron Phillips - Artistic Director, Barons Court Theatre

PROFESSIONAL HELP

Camden Fringe '07/'08, Canal Café Theatre '07/'08

A series of comedy shows devised by members of the cast (including Deborah Wastell) and co-written by Roy Butlin. It played to sell-out audiences on the London Fringe.

"...clearly developed characters, all of whom are engaging and entertaining... a power-house show. Their sharp, witty lines and ability to think on their feet provide the audience with an engaging hour of comedy... A laugh a minute and well worth seeing."

Skye Crawford for Fringe Review

"...Professional Help have certainly hit upon a smashing idea... surreal hilarity... a magical land where prostitution, nuns and Star Wars are bright and breezy comedy fun... originality is guaranteed..."
